Recipe adapted from Mark's Daily Apple
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a ziploc bag and you can either freeze for a make ahead meal or let marinade overnight
- The next morning just dump it all in the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Enjoy!

Did you take the skin off the drumsticks? And do you think thighs would work?
I did take the skin off the drumsticks, and yes, i think thighs would work really well. This recipe reminds me of a lemon-chicken recipe that we use for picnics and we use legs and thighs.
